1. TELECOM CABLE SHEATHING/ JACKETING COMPOUND
    GRADE: GILD 9301

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GILD: 9301 is a CACT source approved compounded Polyethylene copolymer of superior quality for application to Telephone cable Sheathing and Jacketing. Its special formulation and compounding provides excellent Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) with Toughness and good Extrudability.
It contains well-dispersed suitable Furnace Black and UV Absorber, which provide excellent outdoor weather ability.  
APPLICATION
GILD: 9301 finds its best performance in manufacturing Jelly filled Telecom Cables (PIJF) Sheathing and Jacketing.  
SPECIFICATION

ASTM D 1248 Type I, Class C, Category 4 & 5, Grade J3

2. LLDPE BLACK CABLE JACKETING COMPOUND
    GRADE: GILLD 9401

GILLD: 9401 is a CACT source approved compounded Linear Low Density Polyethylene of superior quality for application to cable Sheathing and Jacketing. Its special formulation and compounding provides excellent Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) with Toughness and good Extrudability.

4. HDPE ORANGE SHEATHING COMPOUND
    GRADE: GIHD 9601

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GIHD: 9601 is a compounded Orange Colour Polyethylene of superior quality for application to Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) Sheathing/ jacketing. Its special formulation and compounding provides excellent Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) with Toughness and good Extrudability.
It contains suitable UV Absorber, which provides excellent outdoor weather ability.  

GIHD: 9601 finds its best performance in manufacturing Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) Sheathing & Jacketing.  

5. HDPE INSULATION COMPOUND
    GRADE: GIHD 5001

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GIHD5001 is a High Density Polyethylene insulating material developed for Telecommunication cables. It has been specially formulated with polymer additives and processing aids to achieve extra high thermal stability and line speed in combination with excellent mechanical & electrical properties. Metal deactivator has also been incorporated to prevent the hydro-peroxide decomposition due to the presence of metals used in cable industry   
APPLICATION
GIHD5001 finds use as Insulating material for dry core and petroleum jelly filled cables. It is suitable for the manufacturing of thin walled insulation of telephone signals at very high extrusion speeds.
SPECIFICATION
GIHD5001 is developed by our R & D to meet the following standards;
